Welcome to Conscious Leadership.

Unconscious leadership is being unaware of when you’re operating from predisposed unexamined and unquestioned thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, that don’t serve you in achieving your life’s vision.

These behavior patterns are developed from past experiences so when you encounter new experiences you react from the past which creates the same past results, preventing you from changing your future results.

This is where most of us spend most of our time and it keeps us recycling the same actions while expecting different results, which causes almost all of our problems.

Conscious leadership is the awareness of our habitual ways of operating in the world so that we have the opportunity to consciously choose new ways of responding to the moment unfolding in front of us that are more aligned with our desired outcomes.

Real change occurs not from endlessly trying to change the outside world which we have very little control over and is constantly changing, but by changing our inside world which is fully in our control and ultimately creates our reality.
